Pronto Schedule ("Pronto Schedule," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered booking automation service that communicates with end users via SMS text messaging. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you or your customers interact with our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Phone numbers provided by customers when initiating a booking via SMS
- Message content — the text of SMS conversations between the AI agent and customers, stored to enable conversation continuity
- Appointment details — dates, times, service type, and any information exchanged during the booking process
- Business owner information — name, phone number, email, and Google Calendar access provided during setup
- Usage data — system logs, timestamps, and webhook data generated during normal operation
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the AI booking agent and process appointment requests
- To send SMS confirmations, updates, and notifications related to bookings
- To notify business owners of booking changes via SMS
- To maintain conversation history accessible through the contractor portal
- To sync appointment data with connected Google Calendar accounts
- To improve system reliability and troubleshoot issues
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing.
3. SMS Messaging & 10DLC Compliance
Our SMS service operates under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) framework and complies with CTIA Messaging Principles and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Opt-in: Customers initiate SMS communication by texting our number first, or by providing explicit consent through a business's intake process
- Opt-out: Customers can reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all messages. We will send one final confirmation and no further messages
- HELP: Customers can reply HELP to receive support contact information
- Message frequency: Varies depending on booking activity — typically 1–5 messages per booking event
- Message and data rates may apply based on the customer's mobile carrier plan
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the platform:
- Vonage — SMS delivery infrastructure. Vonage processes message content to deliver texts. See Vonage's Privacy Policy
- Google — Calendar integration. Appointment data is written to and read from connected Google Calendar accounts. See Google's Privacy Policy
- MongoDB — Conversation history and booking data are stored in a hosted database
- n8n — Our automation platform processes booking logic
We do not disclose personal information to any other third parties unless required by law.
5. Data Retention
SMS conversation history and booking records are retained for as long as the business account is active, plus up to 90 days after account termination, unless an earlier deletion is requested. Business owners may request deletion of customer data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority
